What to do if you are unhappy with our service

We are sorry if you were not satisfied with the service you received from a Royal Gibraltar Police Officer or staff.  We appreciate your opinion and would like to know why you are unhappy as we would like to improve and avoid it happening again.

If you want to make an official complaint against a Police Officer

Royal Gibraltar Police Officers should behave appropriately at all times. If you think that a Police Officer has behaved inappropriately or unfairly, you have the right to make a complaint. The Police Complaints Board (PCB) deal with the investigation of complaints and allegations of misconduct on the part of Police Officers in the RGP.
