26 year old Spanish national Jose Maria JULIA ABOLAFIO, resident in La Linea who was arrested by RGP Traffic officers on Tuesday 23rd January 2018, for speeding offences, has been convicted today in the Magistrates’ Court on 3x counts of speeding. JULIA ABOLAFIO has been sentenced to 2 months imprisonment, suspended for 1 year, and has been disqualified from driving for a period of 18 months.
JULIA ABOLAFIO was arrested when the data from the static speed cameras at Devil’s Tower Road revealed that he had exceeded the speed limit and triggered the cameras on 3 separate occasions, just after midnight on the 12th January 2018. JULIA ABOLAFIO was detected travelling at 64kph, 110kph and 74kph respectively.
