Drug Squad officers have this morning arrested a 36 year old local man on suspicion of being in possession of, and, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug.
The individual was arrested at his residence following the execution of a search warrant during which a number of wrappers containing a suspected Class A drug, various pieces of Cannabis Resin and other drugs paraphernalia were seized.
The individual was interviewed under caution and has been granted police bail pending analytical results on the contents of the wrappers.
