Following Saturday’s incident at the Bahia Bar, the following have been charged as below:

Mark MACIAS (30) has been charged with:

• Discharging a Firearm

• Violent Disorder

• Possession of a prohibited weapon

• Possession of Cannabis

• Resisting Police

Callum BRAYSON (18) has been charged with:

• Causing Harm by Furious Driving

• Driving without insurance

• Driving without a licence

• Violent Disorder

Luie GAIVIZO (27) has been charged with:

• Violent Disorder

• Possession of an offensive weapon

Daniel BATES (20) has been charged with:

• Violent Disorder

In addition, a 16-year-old juvenile has been charged with:

• Violent Disorder

All five have been remanded in police custody prior to appearing in court today.

The investigation is still ongoing and is likely to include other persons of interest.
