A 61-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of Fraud by False Representation, Theft, and Fraudulent Alteration of a Registration Mark.
The arrest follows the theft of a motor vehicle in July of this year, and the use of fraudulent documentation in connection with the subsequent sale of the said vehicle.
The man was arrested by Response Team officers and the investigation remains ongoing.
