42 year old Spanish National, Luis Jesus MORENO MARQUEZ, appeared before the Supreme Court yesterday, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 17 months and three weeks.
MORENO MARQUEZ had previously pleaded guilty to several charges relating to offences he had committed on the 13th and 24th December 2025, and between the 1st and 6th of January 2026.
The investigations conducted by detectives from the RGP’s Criminal Investigation Department and by Response Teams officers resulted in MORENO MARQUEZ being charged as follows:
- Three counts of Burglary;
- Two counts of Theft;
- One count of Assault on Police;
- One count of Possession of a Controlled Class B Drug.
