Mrs Giselle Muñoz has embarked on a personal challenge of bathing in the sea twice a week, for a whole year in order to raise money in aid of the Gibraltar Society for Cancer Relief.
At 1200hrs today, after a very cold dip at Eastern Beach she was presented with a cheque for £1,000 by the chairman of the RGP’s Charity Committee Detective Inspector Roy Perez.
We wish Mrs Muñoz every success in her challenge and we hope that this donation also helps incentivize others to contribute to what we consider is a worth cause.
