There was a bit of a racquet in La Linea today when four RGP officers took on their Spanish counterparts for a game of paddle tennis – as part of an annual sporting competition between law enforcement officers in the Campo area.
The net result was that Sgt Mark Garratt & PC Daniel Saxby lost against the Policia Nacional opponents.
But, Supt. Nolan Romero & Sgt Donovan Galia beat the Policia Local opponents to go through to tomorrow’s semi-final.
The Torneo de la Inmaculada will also see officers competing in football and shooting this week.
