A Man has been charged with conspiracy to rob, robbery and possession of a prohibited weapon after having been arrested by the Royal Gibraltar Police in connection with the Harbour Views Industrial Estate robbery in June of last year.
Mourad SAID, a 39 year old locally resident Algerian National was arrested on Friday evening as a result of the RGP’s ongoing investigation into the robbery whereby a substantial amount of money was reported stolen. SAID has been kept in custody pending his court appearance on Monday 29th October 2018.
Another 53 year old man was also arrested in connection with the robbery. He was granted police bail pending further enquiries.
