A 26 year old local man has been arrested on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm.
The arrest follows an investigation that was launched after RGP Response Team officers responded to reports of a violent altercation in the early hours of Saturday 31st January, in the area of Ocean Village. The incident resulted in a man sustaining injuries to his head that required medical attention.
The investigation is ongoing.
