40 year old Karl Henry DANINO, of St Joseph’s Estate, appeared before the Supreme Court this morning and was sentenced to imprisonment for eight years and one month in respect of one count of Aggravated Burglary, and a further 20 weeks’ imprisonment in respect of one count of Making Threats to Kill. Both sentences will be served consecutively.
The sentencing follows DANINO’s arrest by uniformed RGP Response Team officers in connection with two separate incidents dating back to the 16th of March and 25th of October 2024, resulting in an investigation conducted by detectives from the RGP’s Criminal Investigation Department.
