At about 0250hrs this morning, the RGP received reports of an orange coloured Honda CR-V which had overturned on Waterport Road. Officers dispatched to the scene found the vehicle lying on its roof with extensive damage. A second vehicle not at the scene is believed to have been involved in the incident.
Units from the Gibraltar Ambulance Service and the Gibraltar Fire & Rescue Service were in attendance.
The driver, a local man, was conveyed by ambulance to St Bernard’s Hospital for treatment.
An investigation is underway.
