Following a search warrant executed at a residential flat earlier today, a 54 year old local man and a 39 year old local woman have been arrested by detectives of the RGP's Crime and Protective Services Division on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled drug.
During the search approximately 11 grams of Cannabis Resin and various wrappers containing a powdery substance weighing 5 grams and suspected to be controlled drugs have been seized.
Both individuals have been released on Police bail pending analysis of the substance.
