Man Charged with Burglary Offences

Francisco Javier ALMAGRO TORRES, a 42-year-old Spanish national, appeared before the Magistrates' Court on the 10th August 2026 charged with one count of Burglary and one count of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, to which he pleaded Not Guilty.

The charges follow an incident at a residential address on the 9th August 2026, when Response Team officers responded to reports of a burglary. ALMAGRO TORRES was identified and arrested at the scene and conveyed to New Mole House Police Station, where he was interviewed and subsequently charged.

Following his first appearance in court, ALMAGRO TORRES was remanded in custody at HM Prison Windmill Hill until his next appearance before the Magistrates’ Court on the 18th August 2026.
