At the Supreme Court today, 66 year old Richard Dellipiani, of Lime Kiln Steps, was found guilty of two counts of encouraging sexual activity with a child and one count of sexual activity with a child.
This investigation was commenced in 2015 by detectives from the Crime & Protective Services Division, upon receipt of the allegations concerning offences that dated back to 2004.
DELLIPIANI has been remanded in custody until the 16th March 2018, where a pre-sentencing report has been ordered and a date will be set for sentencing.
